Our Service routes your prompts to the AI providers you pick, including any custom connections you add yourself. You acknowledge that AI-generated content can be inaccurate, offensive, or unsafe; you must verify outputs before relying on them. We do not moderate, review, or endorse generated content. Providers may use submitted data according to their own policies.
The Service is owned by Loka. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited license to store and display it for the sole purpose of delivering the Service. Third-party model names and logos remain property of their respective owners.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. We only collect your name, email, and the conversations or files needed to sync your chats. Third-party AI providers process prompts you send to them. By using the Service, you consent to these practices.
The Service integrates with multiple AI Providers, for example Google and other providers you manually connect. Each provider maintains its own terms of service, privacy rules, rate limits, and retention periods. You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms. We are not responsible for outages, data handling, or damages caused by third-party services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service, remove features, or delete data at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including maintenance, resource constraints, or policy violations. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
You are encouraged to export important conversations regularly. We are not obligated to provide backups or data retrieval after shutdown.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loka, its developer, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
